Expanding wealth management firm moves to prestigious Nottingham address

One of Nottingham’s leading wealth management firms, Carter Legrand Wealth Strategies, has taken the lease of 1 Hope Drive in The Park area of the city, giving the firm an impressive self-contained office at the foot of Nottingham Castle.

The firm, which was previously based on Castle Boulevard, is the only wealth management firm based in The Park and the move is to accommodate team growth and to be closer to its private and corporate clients in the area and neighbouring city centre.

Local law firm Fraser Brown Solicitors helped the company secure the lease for the two-storey premises located at the intersection of Peveril Drive and Hope Drive within The Park Estate.

Carter Legrand Wealth Strategies, which has offices in Nottingham and London, provides bespoke, specialist and personable financial advice to professionals, business owners, entrepreneurs and private clients.

Bradley Legrand, director of Cater Legrand Wealth Strategies, said: “We have been looking for a larger office, with a more ‘boutique’ feel, closer to the city for some time now and we particularly wanted to be within The Park Estate so this property is the perfect fit for us.
