First pictures of 28,000 sq ft Nottingham office scheme released

The first pictures of a remodelled office development scheme at Royal Standard Place, Nottingham have been released by agents FHP and JLL.

Work on the former Eversheds office overlooking Motorpoint Arena in the city centre began in December 2016, with a target completion date of September 2017.

The property could be used as a headquarters building – or be let floor by floor.

There is also undercroft secure parking for 37 vehicles.
