Prospective pupils of Nottingham High School will be able to experience everything the school has to offer at its upcoming Taster Days taking place throughout October and November.
The events are aimed at students who are considering joining the Infant School, Senior School or Sixth Form in September 2017.
In the Infant School, visitors are invited for fun play sessions based on the favourite stories of the Infant School mascot, ‘Nutty’ the Squirrel. Refreshments will be available and younger siblings are also invited to stay and play.
These Infant Taster Mornings will be held on 5th October, 4th November and 28th November.
On the Senior School and Sixth Form Taster Days they will have the opportunity to experience a variety of classes in a range of subjects including Art, English, Languages, History, Drama, Science and Design Technology.
They will also get the chance to make use of the school’s impressive sports facilities.
Kevin Fear, Headmaster of Nottingham High School, said: “We look forward to welcoming boys and girls to the Sixth Form and Senior School Taster Days as well as the Infant School Taster Morning.
It’s a brilliant way to meet those who will hopefully soon become a part of the community here at Nottingham High School.
It also gives them the opportunity to experience the school for themselves and get a feel for the friendly atmosphere here.
We pride ourselves on being a down to earth, welcoming and inclusive educational institution which fully equips students for their future.”
