The Rushcliffe Customer Services Centre is in West Bridgford Police Station on the corner of Rectory Road and Bridgford Road.

Open for face to face customers from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, and from 9am to 1pm on Saturdays.

For planning enquiries: A duty planner is available at the Rushcliffe Community Contact Centre for face to face enquiries Monday to Friday from 9.30am – 1pm, and also on Wednesday afternoons from 1.30pm – 5pm.

There is  a 24 hour telephone payments hotline – 0115 914 8533.

You use this for paying council tax, business rates, hire of facilities, rental of home alarms, pest control treatments, clearing of blocked drains, waste collection and rents for business premises, septic tank and cesspool emptying.

They accept Switch, Visa Delta, Solo, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.

Bingham: Bingham Health Centre on Newgate Street, NG13 8FD. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9am- 5pm and Wednesday 9am-1pm.
East Leake contact point: Parish Council Office, Main Street LE12 6PF. Tuesday 9am-12.30pm.
Keyworth contact point: Centenary Lounge, Keyworth Village Hall, Elm Avenue NG12 5AN. Friday 9am-1pm.
