The new venue will be located on Carlton Street in Hockley and it will run in conjunction with the existing restaurant, although it aims to offer a much more relaxed atmosphere with its tapas-bar style. Bar Iberico will be open all day and will serve breakfasts, lunches and dinners, as well as offer a wide range of drinks, including Spanish draft beers and sherries.

Natalie commented: “It was great to work with Dan on this exciting new venture for Provenance Tapas. Hockley is a really thriving and innovative part of the City and Iberico will be a great addition to this, particularly with the new concept incorporating bar and retail areas alongside traditional dining. I wish Dan and the rest of the Iberico team great success and will look forward to seeing the restaurant open in the summer.”

Dan added: “It has been fantastic working with Natalie at Fraser Brown who helped us secure the lease for our new venue on Carlton Street and David who is dealing with the licensing matters. I am very excited to be opening Bar Iberico and I hope that it will be a great addition to the Nottingham dining scene.”
