    Integrated Engineering and Technology (IET) Limited requires an experienced bookkeeper/administration assistant to work up to 16 hours a week Monday to Friday on a 6-month temporary contract with a view to the position becoming permanent and full-time.

    An IT kit will be provided and the work can be done from home. Rates of pay to be agreed.

    Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
    Limited company bookkeeping (Online Accounting and Payroll software Sage One is used)
    VAT including EU VAT returns
    Word and documents processing (Microsoft Office software is used)
    Travel bookings
    Meeting arrangement

    Due to our customer base, a candidate with German and/or Chinese language skills is highly desirable.
