The Carriage Hall is a beautiful wedding and events venue in Plumtree, Nottingham.
We are looking for a Front of House Event Supervisor with a warm personality, eye for detail and genuine smile. You must embrace our company values which include putting the customers first, demanding and delivering high standards as well as treating everyone with respect.
Duties of the Front of House Events Supervisor include:
Taking responsibility for the day to day operation of the site
•Opening the site and ensuring the setup is in line with requirements
•Cash handling procedures
•Secure close down of the site
Being responsible for effective communication and smooth delivery of events
•This includes customers, the foh & kitchen team
Assisting with training the Front of House team.
•Carrying out basic training, inductions and supervising event staff to carry out their duties on time and to standard
Assisting with show rounds and the communication leading up to events
•building strong customer relationships and ensuring communication is professional
Supervising the good order and management of the front of house areas.
Innovating and contributing to venue development.
Being responsible for Legal Compliance in the venue.
Being responsible for reporting daily stock levels and receive deliveries
Being responsible for the Front of House Key Performance Indicators
