Little Ruggers adds four more summer sessions in West Bridgford

Due to popular demand, Nottingham Rugby’s award-winning Little Ruggers programme is back for four additional dates during the summer term, beginning this Saturday June 10th.

Little Ruggers is a fun, rugby-based, non-contact activity programme targeted at boys and girls aged between 2 and 5.

The aims of the sessions are to help improve key basic sporting skills, develop agility, co-ordination and balance, along with taking part in healthy activities.

The sessions are led by qualified rugby coaches, however, parent and guardians are required to guide and take part in the activities to help to develop these skills.

The extra sessions will run between 9:30 – 10:15am this Saturday (10th June), followed by a short two-week break, before they return on Saturday 1st, 8th & 15th July. The sessions will take place on the astroturf pitch at the Lady Bay Sports Ground (NG2 5AA), costing just £2.00 per session, payable on the day.
