Mobile phone stolen in distraction theft

Police are investigating an incident in Lowdham Village Hall where a mobile phone was stolen during an art event on Monday 18 September shortly before 3pm.

It’s believed it was left on a table and an unknown man had distracted the owner before placing a piece of paper over it and taking it.

He is described as Asian, around 25-years-old and was wearing jeans and a black jacket.
