Team leaders across Nottingham’s business sector are being invited to attend a new event which hopes to bring likeminded professionals together.
Hosted by international board, management and executive recruitment consultancy, PSD, and sponsored by appliance care provider, Domestic & General, the Team Leader Networking Breakfast will provide insight into how individuals can be a best-in-class leader.
Ryan Keilloh, head of service at Talbot Street based Domestic & General, said: “Good leadership is hard to come by, but it’s such an important skill to possess, and vital to overall business success. People today do not work for businesses, they are more incentivised to work for people and so leadership is a vital link.
“We are looking forward to supporting the Team Leader Networking Breakfast which will provide an insight into what success looks like in the wider market, and advise on leadership capabilities.
“I think this event will help to equip the city’s current and future leaders with the skills they need to be the best they can be. There is nothing quite like this event currently available to professionals.”
Attendees will be able to hear from Rob Dermott, who is the associate director at PSD. He will be giving key coaching tips and leadership advice.
The event will consist of two one hour sessions, which will take place from 7.45am to 9am and 9.45am to 11am, at the Hilton Hotel in Nottingham on 17 February.
