People are being urged to be vigilant after a woman was sexually assaulted in Worksop town centre in the early hours.
The incident happened in the secluded Priory Centre car park in Bridge Place, at between 1am and 2am on Sunday (10 September 2017).
Officers investigating the incident are also are keen to hear from anyone who may have been subjected to a similar attack and are yet to speak to us.
The suspect was described as wearing a mask and a two-toned coloured jacket. It is also said he had a foreign accent. It is possible he may have been watching the victim for some time before the attack.
Detective Inspector Clare Dean, of Public Protection, Nottinghamshire Police, said: “We are providing support to the victim and we have made extensive enquiries, including scouring CCTV footage.
“We are very keen to hear from anyone who recognises the description of the man, or may have seen anything suspicious in or around that area at that time. We would urge them to come forward, no matter how small a detail it may seem to be.
“While the investigation continues, we would also urge people in the area to be vigilant, be aware of their surroundings and report any suspicious activity.
“Please do not approach the described man if you think you recognise him, call 101. If you are in danger call 999 immediately.
“Detectives and police officers will be in the area late this coming Saturday evening/early Sunday morning conducting enquiries and asking questions. Please feel free to approach those officers and talk to them about any of your concerns.”
