Plans have been submitted to Rushcliffe Borough Council to demolish 134, Trent Boulevard and build two apartment blocks, with parking and a gym for residents..

Applicants IKON GB of Nottingham note on the application form;

‘The application is about (sic) to demolish the existing house and its ancillary buildings and to erect 2 blocks of apartment buildings to form 8 two bed apartments, 1 one bed apartment and 1 gym facility. There are also 9 allocated parking spaces in the rear courtyard for the residents.’

  1. Absolutely dreadful design, totally not in keeping with the area.
    Parking is bad enough now, so with 9 new residents, who have visitors, it will be a nightmare !
    The newly built Scout Hut, has no parking spaces either, so when it's in use, parking will again become an issue.
