Police warning as woman followed by man in Rushcliffe Country Park

Nottinghamshire Police are appealing for information after a woman was followed by a man who appeared to be taking photographs on his phone whilst walking behind her. 

 

At 11:00 am on Wednesday 15th March 2017 a lady walking her dog was followed by a man around Rushcliffe Country Park in Ruddington.

The man appeared to be taking photographs on his phone whilst walking behind the lady and her dog.
On leaving the park via Asher Lane the lady noticed the male get into the passenger side of a small white van.
On getting back to her home address the same van was seen to drive slowly up and down the road.
The male is described as white, and was wearing a black baseball cap with white lettering on it, and wearing grey cotton shorts and black mules which had one white striped strap on them.
The lady felt they may have been looking to try to steal her dog.
