West Bridgford private tuition centre to move to Rectory Road

A West Bridgford private tuition centre has had planning permission passed to open a new centre in Rectory Road, a move from the current premises. 

Kip McGrath has been operating for nearly ten years in Radcliffe Road, West Bridgford.

The learning centre serves clients with children from age 6 – 18 years old.

The plans are to move the current business from Radcliffe Road to the Rectory Road site. Radcliffe Road has far more traffic and a no waiting restriction.

It is felt that the Rectory Road location will provide a safer place for parents to drop off and collect children, and will increase space for storage and teaching.

The centre takes a maximum of 15-20  students at any one time and tutors maths and English – including specialist services for dyslexia.

The planning application for a change of use for 18 Rectory Road to an after school learning centre has been permitted.
