West Bridgford restaurant launches belly dancing nights

West Bridgford’s newly opened Ala Turka restaurant in Compton Acres has announced a night of belly dancing next month.

The authentic Turkish restaurant has already proven a huge hit with local people and has been very busy since opening late last year.

They specialise in freshly sourced local produce, including the meats which are personally selected by chef Ibrahim and prepared by hand at the restaurant.

To add to the atmosphere, owners Fatos and Ibrahim have enlisted the Nara Bellydancers from Ruddington to put on a performance evening on March 14th from 7pm. There will be a set menu at £22.95 offered too.

Ala Turka has recently received a 5-star hygiene certificate from inspectors, and has a new pastry chef creating incredible new desserts for the menu.

Fatos thanks everyone for their support since the opening and said, ‘We see our customers as guests, and work hard to make all of the food and the experience very special for people.’

All of the food is cooked to order, the kitchen is on open display as is the fresh food. While you’re waiting a selection of Turkish beers, wines and soft drinks are available.
