Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue had 10 fire appliances in attendance at a large incident in Blidworth.
The fire broke out earlier this morning at saw mill on High Park, Cross Lane, Blidworth.
Update 13:15: We are now scaling down to eight appliances and hoping to scale down to six soon. The fire is under control however we are still asking people to avoid the area.
Update 11:30AM: At the incident we now have nine appliances, a water carrier, an Aerial Ladder Platform (ALP) and High Volume Pump (HVP). We are working hard to fight the fire. The road is still closed and will be for some considerable time.

‘Crews from Blidworth, Mansfield, Ashfield, Arnold, Edwinstowe, Hucknall, Stockhill, Warsop, Chesterfield, Long Eaton and Alfreton are in attendance. We also have a High Volume Pump (HVP) and an Aerial Ladder Platform (ALP).
