The news was announced on 1 April, 2020. It brings the Nottingham total to 29.
Dr Keith Girling, Medical Director at Nottingham University Hospitals said: “Sadly we can confirm that a further eleven patients have died having tested positive for COVID-19.
Regrettably, that means that 29 patients we were caring for have sadly died.”
“The patients were aged between 64 and 91, and died between 22 and 30 March.”
“The families have been informed and our thoughts and condolences are with them at this difficult and distressing time.”
