Nottinghamshire Police is appealing for information after reports that a boy was stabbed.
Officers were called just before 8.30pm today (23 October) to a report of a disturbance in the Park Lane area of Basford, Nottingham.
A 15-year-old boy has been taken to hospital with injuries which are not currently believed to be life-threatening.
Inspector Craig Nolan, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “Our officers were quickly on the scene of this incident and our now conducting their enquiries to make sure that we find those responsible as quickly as possible.
“I understand that any incident which potentially involves a knife can be very concerning for the community, which is why there is a large police presence in the area and we are working hard to establish what has happened.”
