Nottingham City Council’s ‘Love Your Streets’ and ‘Love Your City Centre’ campaigns continue to have a huge impact across the city, the authority says.
A spokesperson said:
‘Over the past three months, nearly 700 graffiti cases were addressed, more than 855 tonnes of fly-tipping waste was removed, 2,600+ hours of clean-up activity took place along with 2,400 patrols across neighbourhoods and the city centre.
‘This is all in a bid to make our city cleaner, safer and more welcoming.
‘A big thank you to the officers and community teams carrying out this work and to every resident reporting or bringing issues to our attention.’
