Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service has informed police.
East Leake fire station reported:
‘We have been to another fire on Meadow Park (Bateman Road entrance) two fires in grass each 3x3m – out on arrival, BUT these are believed to be deliberate ignition as members of the public reported children running from scene.
One flexi-pack used to dampen area down.
‘This incident has been reported to the police. If you have any information please contact 101.’
