Residents have also reported incidents of cold callers.
Police said:
‘West Bridgford Neighbourhood Policing Team responded to a report of cold callers going door-to -door selling household items in the locality, a male was stopped by police on Musters Road West Bridgford and reported to magistrates court for failing to provide a valid peddlers license.
‘We would encourage residents not to buy items doorstep from unsolicited callers, you can obtain No Cold Caller stickers from Nottinghamshire County Council website:
