Police investigating an assault in Nottingham have released an image of a man they would like to speak with.
Officers were called after a man was attacked with a pool cue at a bar in Thurland Street on 25 February. The victim was struck over the head several times with such force that the cue snapped. The victim went to hospital and was treated for a head injury.
Officers would like to speak with the man pictured in this image as they believe he has information vital to their investigation.
PC Martin Jones-Fovargue said:
“We believe the man in these images has vital information and have now exhausted other opportunities to track him down, which is why we are now issuing this public appeal.
“If you know who he is, please contact us.”
