Police investigating a sexual assault on a bus have released an image of a man they would like to speak with.
The victim, a woman in her 20s, told officers she was touched inappropriately by a man who was sat next to her on the Rainbow 1 bus which was heading from Nottingham city centre to Heanor, Derbyshire.
It happened between 4.55pm and 5.45pm on Friday 22 May 2026.
The man pictured got on the bus in Radford before disembarking at a stop near Queens Road North in Eastwood.

Officers believe the man pictured in this image has information that can help with their investigation and have asked anyone who knows him to come forward.
PC Skyla Dodsley, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “This was a very upsetting incident for the woman involved and we are determined to track down the person responsible.
“We believe the man pictured could have valuable information that could assist our inquiries.
“Bearing this in mind, we’d ask him to please make himself known to us, or for anyone who recognises him to let us know.”
Anyone with information is asked to call police 101, quoting crime occurrence 26000297656, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
