An emergency road closure is in place on Blake Road in West Bridgford while Severn Trent Water carries out urgent works.
The closure affects Blake Road from around 50 metres east of its junction with Abbey Road, continuing eastwards for about 30 metres.
The closure began at 9.33am on Monday 15 June and is expected to remain in place until 4pm on Thursday 18 June.
The works are being carried out to allow Severn Trent Water to renew a water pipe following issues with poor customer supply.
A signed diversion route is in place.
