Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service are at the scene of an incident in Nottingham.
Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service said at 4:50 pm:
‘We still have a large emergency service presence at the fire in the Rise Park area.
Crews have worked extremely hard to extinguish the fire, and the majority of it is now out, however we expect to remain on scene for another couple of hours at least to ensure all hotspots are fully extinguished.
‘Huge thank you to the local residents for their patience and cooperation whilst we’ve been dealing with this incident.
The service said at 3:30 pm on Friday 17 July:
“We are currently dealing with a large fire in the Rise Park area.
‘Please avoid the area whilst we deal with this incident, and do not attempt to fly drones above it.
‘If you can see or smell smoke then please keep your doors and windows closed.’
