Midday
Late morning and lunchtime will stay dry and increasingly warm, with sunny spells continuing.
Temperatures are forecast to rise from 21C at 10am to 23C by 11am and 25C by midday. The “feels like” temperature will be a little lower at times, around 19C to 22C.
Winds will strengthen from the west-south-west, reaching around 9mph to 11mph by late morning and lunchtime. Gusts are expected to increase from around 27mph at 10am to around 32mph by midday.
Visibility will remain very good. Humidity will fall to around 40% by lunchtime. UV levels will become high, reaching 6 by 11am and 7 at midday, so sun protection is advisable for anyone spending time outdoors.
Afternoon
The afternoon is expected to be warm but breezy, with sunny spells and increasing cloud at times.
Temperatures are forecast to reach around 25C at 1pm, rising to 26C by 2pm and 3pm. By 4pm, temperatures are expected to ease slightly to around 25C.
