The A46 in Nottinghamshire has been partially closed after two crashes this afternoon.
Nottinghamshire Police received a report at 4.19 pm of a collision involving an agricultural vehicle and a car on the A46 directly under the railway bridge after the Saxondale roundabout.
A second collision, involving a lorry and a stationery vehicle, was reported minutes later at 4.24 pm on the opposite carriageway northbound towards Nottingham.
A46 northbound is currently fully closed. One lane only remains open southbound.
Emergency services are in attendance. The extent of injuries is not believed to be serious at this time.

Traffic is being diverted. Long delays are expected while the vehicles are recovered.
