The A52 in Derbyshire is closed westbound between the M1 J25 (Ilkeston) and the A5111 (Raynesway) due to a serious road traffic collision.
Road users are are advised to follow the hollow yellow diamond diversion symbol.
From the A52/M1 J25 interchange take the slip road on to the M1 southbound and follow to J24a. Exit the M1 at J24a towards the A50 (westbound).

Continue on the A50 (westbound) then follow the slip road on to the A6 (Alvaston Bypass) and continue to the junction with the A5111 until it rejoins the A52.
Delays are likely on approach to the closure, with additional journey times also expected on the diversion route.
