The A52 in Derbyshire is closed eastbound between A5111 near (Alvaston) and M1 ( Risley) due to a collision. Derbyshire Police are currently on scene.

Diversion Route
Road users are advised to follow the solid triangle diversion symbol on road signs.
- From the A52 (T) Spondon Junction, follow the slip road onto the A5111(T) south for approximately 2km.
- At the roundabout with the A5111(T) and the A6 (T), take the A6 (T) south and after 3.7km, take the slip road onto the A50(T) east.
- Continue along the A50 (T) eastbound and take the slip road onto the M1 north.
- Continue along the M1 to Junction 25 and re-join the A52 (T).
