Nearly 50 per cent of the homes, which have only just been launched in the second phase at Trent Basin, have already been reserved by keen homebuyers following an open day at the waterside development.
More than 80 people attended the Phase Two launch event on Saturday (12th May) at the development on the banks of the River Trent, which will ultimately see some 450 low energy homes built with views of the waterway and beyond. A total of 10 properties out of just 22 currently released for sale in Phase Two are now reserved following the open day.
These reservations included four of the five contemporary mews houses and an additional two apartment reservations in Phase One were taken, including one of the duplex penthouse apartments.
Attendees at the event included downsizers, first-time buyers and couples looking to take their next step on the property ladder. With no further houses available in Phase One, homebuyers attending the event had their first chance to reserve homes in the latest wave of homes at Trent Basin.
Ashley Walters, Development Manager at Blueprint, said: “The open day was a great success, with a constant flow of potential homebuyers keen to learn more about our news homes in Phase Two and the benefits of living in this exciting new community at Trent Basin.’
Phase Two, which in total comprises 31 homes and is designed by award-winning architects Marsh Grochowski and Sarah Wigglesworth Architects, offers homebuyers the opportunity to secure 2, 3 or 4-bedroom houses or 2-bedroom mews homes, with prices ranging from £200,000 to £495,000. The homes are being made available to reserve exclusively off plan, with plenty of time to choose from the wide array of options, extras and upgrades that Blueprint will be offering.
