The ‘Pop-Up Beer Garden’ is in the picturesque surroundings of Easthorpe House
It’s here in Ruddington courtesy of Annie’s Burger Shack and is serving food and drink every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday in the grounds of the historic, Loughborough Road venue through until Sunday June 20th.
With many of us looking forward to get togethers during the easing of COVID-19 lockdown, Annie knew Ruddington was the ideal place for this very special social event: “We chose a location outside of the city centre that provided a safe place for people to enjoy food and drinks outside together, inline with the new rules” she says. “Whatever the weather, come rain or shine, we will be here! We have covered seating ready for April showers and plenty of space for people to enjoy the sun!“
Visitors can expect plenty of drink choices and nine different burgers on offer to suit all – vegan, veggie or meaty versions – along with ‘sides’, such as corn dogs and ice cream. There’ll be draught beer, and it will be poured into glasses rather than plastic cups, so environmentally friendly.
Also available each weekend is cider, gin, rum, vodka, whisky, Disaronno, Bailey’s, Pimms, sangria, wine, Prosecco, as well as low alcohol and alcohol free, soft & hot drinks.
Annie adds: “We’ve got a huge marquee with lights and outdoor carpet. It looks awesome and, of course, very Annie’s! We are really enjoy providing this pop-up beer garden for our customers.”
