Appeal after man, 31, dies in A46 collision

Police are appealing for dashcam footage and witnesses after a man was killed in a collision on the A46.

 

Police in Lincolnshire said:

‘We were called to a two-vehicle collision on the A46 between Skellingthorpe Road roundabout and Doddington Road roundabout just before 2.45pm, on Wednesday, 6 September.

‘A grey BMW and a grey Audi were involved.  The grey Audi was travelling towards Skellingthorpe roundabout, the grey BMW was being driven towards Doddington Road.

‘We can confirm the driver of the Audi, a 31-year-old man, died at the scene of the collision.  His family have been informed.

‘Our investigation is ongoing, and we are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision or has dashcam footage that will assist our investigation, and has not yet spoken to police, to get in touch.’
