Appeal after man suffers broken jaw on a Nottingham bus

Detectives investigating an assault on board a bus have released images of a man they want to speak to.

A 21-year-old passenger sustained a broken jaw after he was punched twice in the face while on a service from Nottingham to Derby, following a night out with friends.

The bus stopped following the incident and the attacker fled.

Now detectives believe the pictured man may be able to assist them with their ongoing investigation.

Detective Constable Robert Love said: “We are keen to hear from anyone who knows the man pictured as we believe he may have vital information about what happened which could assist us with our investigation.
