Police have appealed for witnesses after a teenage boy reportedly had his bike robbed.
He is understood to have been riding his bike on Barnby Road, Newark, when he was stopped.
A group of four boys are believed to have then taken his bike before riding off towards Newark Skate Park, in Sherwood Avenue.
The boy wasn’t injured during the incident, which took place at around 2.25pm on 20 June 2022.
Police have released an image of the stolen bike and asked anyone who has seen it or witnessed what happened to contact them.
Police Constable Rebecca Skinner, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “Robbery in all its different forms is an extremely serious offence, which is why we thoroughly investigate every report we receive of this nature.
“We would appeal to anyone who has seen this bike in and around the Newark area to come forward immediately, so that we can return it to its owner.
“Anyone with any further information that could assist us with our investigation is also asked to contact the police on 101, quoting incident 409 of 20 June 2022, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
