One of the items stolen was a distinctive gold chain which had the initials “FS” on it (pictured).

The burglary took place between 2.10pm and 4.30pm on Friday 28 June.

PC Chris Copley, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “Burglaries are extremely distressing whether the suspects break in, as in this case, or sneak in through an unlocked door or window.

“In the summer months we tend to get more sneak-in burglaries so I would urge people to be vigilant and not to leave their homes insecure and keep their valuables out of sight and in a safe place.”

If you have any information that could help the enquiry, please call 101 quoting incident number 575 of 28 June 2019.
