Appeal for witnesses after motorcyclist suffers fractured spine in A52 collision

Nottinghamshire Police is appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision, which left a motorcyclist with serious injuries.

Officers were called to the A52 Brian Clough Way, between Bramcote and Bardills Roundabout, following a collision between a Vauxhall Corsa and a motorbike at around 5.15pm on 5 May 2022.

The rider of the motorbike was taken to hospital with a fractured spine.

Officers are now appealing to the public for any witnesses or people with dash-cam footage to come forward to help with their investigations.

Sergeant Howard Kirkland, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “We are working to understand exactly what happened in this incident and would like to appeal to anyone who may have any dash-cam footage to come forward.

“Any information, no matter how small, may greatly benefit our investigation.”
