Appeal to trace man pictured after dog bite incident

Police investigating an incident where a man was bitten by a dog are appealing for information to help trace the man pictured in this image.

The incident happened at around 5.30 pm on Monday 24 August at Kingsway Park, Kirkby-in-Ashfield.

The victim, a man in his early 60s, was treated in hospital for a bite to his right arm.

Sergeant James Flint, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “We are keen to speak to the man pictured in this image in relation to this incident so we can find out exactly what happened.

“If you recognise him or his dog – or even if this is you – please contact us at your earliest convenience by calling 101 and quoting incident number 858 of 24 August.”
