Arrests after two people sustain knife injuries in Nottingham

PUBLISHED:

Two men have been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm following a report of two people receiving knife injuries in Ascot Road, Bobbersmill, at around 8.40pm yesterday (Saturday 16 February).

An 18-year-old man and a 15-year-old boy both received injuries to their hands, which are not believed to be serious. They have since been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and remain in police custody.

Officers believe this is an isolated incident and are not looking for anyone else in connection with it at this time. Neighbourhood policing teams will be conducting high visibility patrols in the area.
