Three people have been arrested following an incident in Hyson Green.
A 37-year-old man, a 38-year-old-man and 39-year-old woman have been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm.
Officers from Nottinghamshire Police were called to Radford Road in Hyson Green just before 7.30 pm on Sunday 23 August, to a report that a woman had been stabbed.
A woman was taken to hospital with injuries which are not believed to be life-threatening or life-altering and has since been discharged.
Detective Sergeant Nick Wood, who is investigating the incident, said: “Our investigation into this incident is well underway and we are pursuing several lines of enquiry. However, I would like to reassure the public that we believe this was an isolated incident and that those involved were known to each other.
“The use of knives on our streets is completely unacceptable and something we take very seriously.
“I would encourage anyone who saw anything in the area to come forward and share their information with the police.”
