Ayushi Indian Street Food has announced it will be opening on Wednesday 24th June this year.
The business is operated by two young Silverdale entrepreneurs Ayushi and Rahul Savji, aged 21 and 24, who are children of an established businessman Nik Savji. They have teamed up with Zinc to bring the new flavours to the town.
Initially launching with a collection only service due to current conditions. Ayushi will be showcasing their food at Zinc Bar on Central Avenue and their specially adapted VW Campervan will be based on a site (opposite ROKO) on Wilford Lane.
Zinc, an established bar on busy Central Avenue is looking forward to this new collaboration.
Ash,the owner of Zinc said “the enthusiasm and energy of the Ayushi team are contagious.
“Their food is spectacular, and I am proud to be associated with them”.
Rahul Savji said, “we are really excited to bring this menu to West Bridgford and we will be updating progress on Instagram and Facebook”.
