Balance Health Nottingham opens its doors for another Open Day next Saturday

Balance Health Nottingham is inviting the local community back through its doors for its next Open Day on Saturday 12 September, from 8am to 12 noon.

If the last event is anything to go by, it’s set to be a busy one, with more than 200 people turning out for the club’s previous Open Day.

Held at its Wheatcroft Business Park base in Edwalton, the event is free and open to everyone, whether you’re a curious first-timer, considering a membership, or simply want to see what Nottingham’s newest health and fitness destination is all about.

Visitors will be able to tour the gym and facilities, try out the latest EGYM smart training technology and get hands-on with a full programme of taster classes throughout the morning, including Reformer Pilates, Mat and Heated Mat Pilates, Boxfit, Strength and Hybrid sessions. Personal trainers will also be on hand throughout for advice and guidance.

It isn’t just about fitness, either. Balance Health Nottingham brings together fitness and healthcare under one roof, and the Open Day will reflect that. Rushcliffe Physiotherapy will be offering free 15-minute physio consultations on the day, while Enia Clinics will be demonstrating the EMSELLA chair for pelvic floor health, alongside skin consultations for pores and pigmentation. A wide range of other health and wellbeing experts will be available too.

Refreshments and food will be provided by Philos, the club’s on-site café.

Emma, Managing Director of Balance Health Nottingham, says:

“Our Open Days are special. There’s a real buzz around the club as people come in to try something new, meet the team and see everything we have to offer under one roof.
