Blimey! West Bridgford and Notts businesses collaborate for ‘Britain’s Next Top Model’

The entire concept was created from scratch in the Blimey Creative office in Rectory Road, West Bridgford, with the team developing the cake experiential to align with this seasons riot theme.

Blimey Creative worked with Strawberry Cupcakes based on Trent Bridge to make pretty much everything edible, they developed a flat tyre chocolate cake (the actual size of a tyre) complete with edible glass, cigarette butts and even edible ash.

Britain's Next Top Model Chocolate corrugated iron sheets decorated a grey buttercream concrete Oreo cake, whilst the bottom layer was decorated with a spray painted #BNTM cake and two Lifetime TV dripping ganache cakes.

Hucknall based Leader Signs built the LED lit bespoke stand, securing with a central scaffold pole and oil drum base. Wrapped entirely in Blimey graphics the stand even came complete with police light.

A spokesman for Blimey said,

‘It was an amazing  collaboration between three Nottingham based businesses, all of our teams were on hand on the day of the launch event at the Village Underground to pull the whole project together.

Britain's Next Top Model ‘The cake turned out to be a centre piece of the live premier event, with attendees all getting stuck in, with the judges themselves taking a special liking to the edible cigarettes and gin cupcakes – especially Abby Clancy!’

‘It’s been so exciting! We are getting such a good reaction on twitter and instagram under #BNTM’
