Boards Direct beats industry slump with 12% sales growth

A Nottingham firm is proving there are no borders when it comes to success, after boosting sales by 12% in 2018.

Boards Direct, which has specialised in visual display products, including whiteboards, notice boards and other display products since 2010, has credited its commitment to customer service and wide product range as the secrets to its success.

The Lenton Lane based company is bucking industry trends, which have seen sales drop by as much as 15% due to import issues and the uncertainty surrounding Brexit.

Boards Direct’s success has also enabled it to support local young people by providing apprenticeship opportunities, with two apprentices gaining permanent positions within finance and customer service earlier this year.
