The Prime Minister has outlines restrictions after lockdown ends on 2 December.
Boris Johnson said:

From Wednesday 3 December – weddings, leisure, shops gyms can reopen
Regional Tiers return – previous tiers were ‘not quite enough to reduce R number’
Spectator sports will also be able to resume in tiers one and two with limits on attendance.
Tier one will now mean that people should continue to work from home where possible
Tier two will now mean only pubs serving meals can open
Tier three will now mean hospitality will close except for delivery and takeaway and indoor entertainment venues must also close
Tiers will be a uniform set of rules – not regionally negotiated – closing time at 10 pm in bars will now be drinking up time – closing time moved to 11 pm.

As soon as a vaccine is approved we will dispense as soon as possible, in the meantime rapid tests will identify people without symptoms.
