McArthurGlen East Midlands Designer Outlet reveals the opening date of its highly anticipated, newly redeveloped Food Court on Thursday 20 March.
The redeveloped Food Court brings an exciting new dynamic to complement the 60 premium and high street brands, which offer discounts of up to 60% all year round.
The Centre has selected a strong mix of exciting new brands and popular returning favourites so there is something for everyone to enjoy. Three new vendors make their debut: well-loved American fast-casual chain Slim Chickens; Fluffy Fluffy, a unique Japanese pancake, cheesecake and croffle concept sure to delight younger audiences with its sweet treats; and local success story Rose Deli, opening its first bricks-and-mortar location. Completing the line-up is Chopstix,and traditional Greek taverna restaurant Kouzina Greek who will be joining at a later date.
The new Food Court provides a significantly enhanced premium dining experience in a completely redesigned space. Bathed in natural light, the all-new Food Court features natural wood finishes, increased seating capacity, a variety of seating options including custom made leather banquettes, acoustically engineered surfaces, multi-tiered lighting, and inviting indoor landscaping, all centred around a stylish new circular bar. This exciting development will deliver a step change in the centre’s offer and become the premier food court within the McArthurGlen portfolio. This transformation delivers on the Centre’s promise to provide the best shopping and dining experience for guests.
This latest development is part of an ongoing multimillion investment and enhancement strategy. The centre is committed to continually evolving and improving the overall offering, with further exciting developments planned for Summer 2025.
Slim Chickens
The iconic eatery, famous for its chicken tenders, wings, sandwiches, salads, wraps and signature dipping sauces, offers a delicious taste of the American South to the East Midlands.
Fluffy Fluffy
Fluffy Fluffy, renowned for its airy, award-winning soufflé pancakes, is bringing its unique Japanese-inspired treats to the centre. From fluffy pancakes and cheesecakes to crispy croffles and refreshing beverages, Fluffy Fluffy offers the perfect sweet escape during a busy shopping day.
Rose Deli
Rose Deli – a completely new addition, will offer artisan sandwiches, delicious cakes, gelato ice cream and afternoon tipples – an ideal mid-shopping pit-stop.
Chopstix
Returning favourite Chopstix Noodle Bar is back and improved, ready to satisfy visitors Pan-Asian cravings. Offering ‘build your own box’ filled with a choice of noodles, protein, and signature sauces for a quick and satisfying meal.
Kouzina Greek
Joining East Midlands Designer Outlet again with a larger unit, Kouzina Greek, known for its authentic Greek street food and vibrant atmosphere, is bringing delicious gyros and other traditional dishes to the centre. Including wraps and loaded fries, Kouzina Greek offers a taste of Greece visitors won’t want to miss.
