BREAKING: NHS expects ‘significant reduction’ in weekly vaccine supplies over a four week period

Local health leaders have been advised that from 29 March for four weeks there will be some shortages.

The shortage is expected to last for around four weeks or so.

4 million doses are expected to be delivered in the UK this week, but after then shortages may be seen.

The Government still expects to hit targets on 50-55 year-olds – no-one who has booked a vaccine will lose their appointment.

Second doses are also ongoing.
