Broadmarsh Crane Works: Nottingham city centre bus service changes

In the City Centre, customers are recommended to use the following stops only for these services

PUBLISHED:

Collin Street will be partially closed from 22:00 on Friday 11th October 2019 until 05:00 on Monday 14th October 2019 whilst a crane is erected as part of the redevelopment of Broadmarsh.

This will require diversions to:

  • Navy 1, 3, 4, 48, 49, N4, N48
  • Green 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, N6
  • Orange 34, N34
  • Grey 50
  • Turquoise 77, 78, 79, 79A, N77

Displaced traffic is likely to cause delays to all services, so please allow more time for your journeys.

In the City Centre, customers are recommended to use the following stops only for these services:

Navy 1, 3, 48, 49, N48

Buses will stop at Nottingham Station towards City then Fletcher Gate, George Street and Nottingham Station towards Clifton or Queens Drive. The terminus stop will be the stop on George Street nearest Parliament Street.

No other stops will be served.

Navy 4, N4

Buses will stop at Nottingham Station, Maid Marian Way and Upper Parliament Street towards City then NTU City Campus (South Sherwood Street), Burton Street and Nottingham Station towards Clifton.

No other stops will be served.

Green 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, N6

Buses will stop at Nottingham Station towards City then Fletcher Gate, George Street and Nottingham Station towards Clifton or Queens Drive. On George Street, a temporary stop will be added just before the Lincoln Street junction.

No other stops around the City will be served.

Orange 34, N34

Buses will drop off at Tollhouse Hill then run to Angel Row, where they will terminate.

No other stops around the City will be served.

Grey 50

Buses will stop on Parliament Street (Wilko), Elite and Angel Row at their usual stops. Buses will then divert non-stop to Citylink near the BBC.

No other stops around the City will be served.

Turquoise 77, 78, 79, 79A, N77

Buses will drop off at Tollhouse Hill then divert and drop off on Upper Parliament Street (near Royal Centre tram stop). Buses will terminate on Burton Street, alongside The Cornerhouse.

Buses will leave the City and pick up also from Upper Parliament Street (near West End Arcade).

No other stops around the City will be served.
