Officers investigating a sexual assault on-board a service travelling between Leicester and Derby are today releasing CCTV images of a man they would like to speak to in connection.
At just after 8pm on Friday 4 June, a man boarded a train at Leicester railway station and sat opposite the victim, a 13-year-old girl.
During the journey the man started to touch the girl inappropriately. The girl stopped the man, to which he replied “easy tiger”.
Both the man and the victim disembarked at Derby railway station.
Officers believe the man in the CCTV images may have information which could help their investigation.
