The popular event takes place on Saturday 20 July.
On Saturday 20 July the station staff are teaming up with local charity, ‘Good Companions’ to organise a car wash to raise money for The Firefighters’ Charity whose primary aim is to support vulnerable and older people in Clifton, Wilford and Silverdale by offering friendship and companionship.
The car wash will be a brilliant opportunity for us to engage with the community whilst also raising funds for both the good companion’s charity and ‘The Firefighters Charity’.
The car wash will take place at West Bridgford Fire Station on Loughborough Road, 10am -2pm and will be operated by firefighters and volunteers from the Good Companion’s charity.
