The annual Christmas tree Festival organised by the Church of Holy Rood, Edwalton has been very popular among the local community.
Last year there were 43 decorated trees, representing different community groups. Several hundred people attended and enjoyed the free event.
This year the event is being held on 30th November between 12.30 and 5 pm and on
1st December between 1 and 5 pm.
There will be crafts, refreshments and live music.
The event is free to attend and suitable for all age groups. Donations received will go to good causes. This year the church is supporting Nottinghamshire Hospice and the Children’s bereavement centre.
